A Service Advisor  acts as the main point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will oversee the service process from initial customer contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This role demands excellent communication, customer service skills, and a strong understanding of automotive services.


Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare detailed service orders and estimates.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
  • Maintain thorough records of service activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and questions professionally.
  • Promote services and upsell additional maintenance options.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in automotive customer service or related field.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
