Job Description:
At Gem Mazda of Tallahassee, we’re seeking passionate and driven sales professionals to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for helping our customers find the perfect vehicle while meeting dealership standards for sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role encompasses four key areas: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through thoughtful questions and active listening to determine their vehicle preferences.
- Utilize CRM for customer management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client.
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
- Oversee the delivery process to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle’s features, warranty, and paperwork—setting the stage for lasting loyalty.
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Participate in sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- All applicants must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle records (MVR), and a drug test.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
